Cregg Sweeney, LLC is based on the idea of the artisan builder and dedicated to crafting a team of highly experienced and skilled craftspeople in order to achieve our clients’ vision. Everyone on the Cregg Sweeney, LLC team—from architects, to construction managers, to subcontractors—is connected by our shared value in the quality and detail of our work. Building means developing trust on all levels of the project, constructing not just durable homes but durable relationships. Our projects range from complete home builds, to renovations, remodels, custom cabinetry, green construction, and historic restorations. We believe in the quality and environmental impact of our work and we are proud to work in such a beautiful, coastal community. We look forward to continuing to craft architecturally varied homes and spaces on Cape Cod, and most importantly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
ABOUT
Originally from Long Island, Cregg has over thirty years of building experience, working in New York, California’s Bay Area, and now for fifteen years on Cape Cod. Cregg earned a degree in business management and marketing from Cornell University before moving out to the Bay Area to pursue construction. He refined his craft working as master builder in the restoration and rebuild of the Buehler House, a Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian house in Orinda, California. Cregg and his wife Karen started Cregg Sweeney, LLC in 2005 after they moved back to the East Coast with their family. Serving clients who appreciate quality, detailed work has provided continued opportunity to build and remodel exceptional houses and spaces, including a home built in the Indian Vastu style of architecture. Cregg Sweeney, LLC is dedicated to providing our coastal Cape communities with well-designed environments and innovative craftsmanship.
